We are excited to introduce commercial placement solutions for your customers. This new venture will offer you a broad array of customer-centric and industry-oriented commercial products from markets you might not otherwise be able to access.

We have access to carriers who can write several lines of business - P&C and professional lines - for many customer segments. We are interested in middle market or larger accounts, and may be able to write GL, Property, Auto, WC, Boiler & Machinery, Umbrella, Pollution and International, EPL, D&O, Crime, Fiduciary, K&R, E&O. No BOP products will be considered.

Underwriting Requirements include:

• Completed Acord Applications for all lines being submitted
• 5 year loss history (current and 4 prior)
• From a property perspective – adequate fire protection
• From an EPL, D&O perspective – strong financials
• Accounts over $250,000 or with D&B rating of “4” will require 2 years of audited financials
• Nursing homes and auto dealers will have supplemental questionnaires
• Completed BI worksheets for accounts with $5 million in sales, limits greater than $500,000, or requests for agreed amount
